Location is just great! I liked the interior design of the hotel, the bed, bed linen, how the room was decorated, cleaning was spotlessly, The staff was very helpful and nice. Very nice hotel and great location!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were beautifully designed to mimic the historical city of Florence! We really enjoyed the central location close to many touristy attractions. It is very safe and almost everything is a walking distance away.

I absolutely loved the location, the staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly, always willing to help. The rooms were so uniquely designed and so neat and modern. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were absolutely amazing. I loved that this hotel was so close to everything in walking distances to the best restaurants, cafes, and the luxury stores for shopping. One of my favourite unique hotels i have stayed in.

Nothing could have been better. The service was amazing. Our room was very large, clean and had a view of the street. The singing in the square in the evenings was nothing short of professional and sensational which just added to our Italian vacation. Won't ever look to stay anywhere else in Milan.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Once you find your way to the hotel, the staff does a great job of taking care of you. They take the car and valet park so there is no worry for you. The restaurant and the pastry shop are very lovely and serve wonderful food. The upstairs patio and bar are a nice place for a quiet aperitivo.
